John Dunkin Jr. - Founder/owner
Throughout my career I've possessed a strong desire to work for myself. The vision of opening my own cleaning service had ultimately become an undeniable calling. I realized it was time to make the courageous jump from being a traditional employee to becoming an entrepreneur. 2021 brought the dream to life.
Upon looking at, and reflecting upon, a picture of myself as a young boy with a sweeper, I realized who I was. It provoked the inspiration to form this company.
The considerable knowledge I've acquired in my working experience has prepared me to chase my dream with confidence.

This guy is the reason the company is named Mop Boys. It was, and is, my dream and vision to build and operate a cleaning business. But, great things cannot be accomplished alone. When it came time to make the jump into being an entrepreneur, Mop Boys Cleaning was born - with the belief that Jerick would join once I was able to establish Mop Boys in the market.
Jerick is my highly trusted business partner. We have known each other for many years and share a high desire to reach our full potential in life. We bring our same mentality to work every day as we grow our brand.
His career experience includes manufacturing, hotel and the restaurant industry.
He has proven his ability to learn and grow through his most recent experience at Jethro’s BBQ, starting as a line cook and finishing as the Kitchen Manager.
When you hire the Mop Boys, you will have the both of us working directly for you, it's just us. We take pride and ownership in the work we do. We are your Mop Boys.
